SHIPPING
When placing an order via our webshop, we aim to ship the order within 3-business days. If a product is unexpectedly out of stock, we'll notify you via email as quickly as possible.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are EUR 8,- or 13,20 per shipment and will be handled by PostNL. Outside the Netherlands, standard shipping rates apply per country. This is calculated at the checkout. We only ship within the EU. All available countries are visible at the checkout.
RETURN POLICY
When your order arrives, take a quick look to ensure it matches your expectations. If something's not quite right, email us the details as soon as possible—within five calendar days at most. If there's an issue with your order, we'll always do our best to solve any matter once it's clear that the products don't meet the agreement.
If you change your mind about a purchase. You've got a 14-day window to send it back to us. Just keep the original packaging, including the product label, intact. Products should be unopened! Keep in mind you'll be covering the return shipping costs. We'll refund the purchase price minus the shipping fees once we receive the products and they clear our inspection.
If you find that a wine is corked, email us immediately. We'd prefer to taste together to confirm and replace the bottle if possible. Other 'defects' in natural wines are often a matter of taste and preference and do not guarantee a replacement bottle. Discovering the world of natural wine requires an open and curious mind.
